One platform, two journeys

How CourtHelp works

Consumers organize a legal matter in a guided case workspace. Attorneys complete review before working on cases where access is granted.

Clear answers

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about what CourtHelp is today for DFW consumers.

What is CourtHelp?▼

CourtHelp is a consumer legal platform. You create an account, open a case for a practice area, answer guided intake questions, upload documents, and track progress in your dashboard. It is not a chatbot-first product and it does not file papers with the court for you.

How do I start a case?▼

Sign up or log in, then go to Start a case. Choose a practice area from the catalog, complete intake, and continue anytime from your dashboard. You can also browse practice areas first.

How are my documents handled?▼

Files you upload are stored privately through CourtHelp’s API and tied to your case. Only people with authorized access to that case (you, and an attorney if one is granted access) can use those documents in the product.

How do I get an attorney?▼

From your case you can request help. Approved attorneys work on LegalHelp, the attorney side of CourtHelp. After review and assignment, your case records stay in your account so counsel can work from what you already prepared.
